Councils to save thousands on traffic management
Early adopters of Elgin's new Traffic Management App have contributed to a detailed business case study of how much it will save Local Authorities in direct and indirect costs.
Councils can save up to £200,000 per year by using the Traffic Management App to process their Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs) and implement their closures and diversion routes. The cost benefits come from measurable time and financial savings and improved customer service and communications in producing the TTROs and diversion plans.
